PEAC, LLC uses information you provide to respond to inquiries, coordinate requested environmental services, retain service authorizations, and provide authorized access to project records.
Project access
Photos, final reports, signed authorizations, and project messages are available only through authorized project access. Keep your private access link confidential. Contact Pinnacle if it was shared with the wrong person or you need access removed.
Forms and signed records
The service authorization collects client, property, and applicable insurance information. Signed records include the submitted information, signature, agreement text, signing timestamp, and available request metadata, such as the IP address and browser information. The signed PDF and electronic record are retained for project documentation.
Address suggestions
When you type a property address in the service authorization form, Photon processes the address search text to return suggestions based on OpenStreetMap data. You can also enter the address manually. These suggestions help fill the form and do not verify ownership or property conditions.
Messages
Contact-page inquiries and client messages are saved for Pinnacle’s authorized staff. Please provide only information needed to address your project or request.
Cookies and service providers
Essential cookies maintain private project access and staff sign-in. Hosting and storage providers support delivery of this website and retention of its records. This website does not include advertising trackers.
